Founder / Personal Trainer / Small Group Fitness Instructor / Health Coach / Energy Relaxation Specialist

LynHolly is a 5th generation Colorado Native and one who loves a healthy lifestyle!


She grew up as a dancer at Peak Academy in Conifer CO for 16 years. She also Toured two summers with a group based out of California; as well as, danced the first two years in college.

Since 2015, she has worked diligently to become a professional Personal Fitness Trainer, Group fitness Instructor, Energy Relaxation Specialist & Life Coach.

"I fully believe that everybody is unique; each with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your shape, size, and fitness goals. My aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health."

Parker

Personal Trainer / Small Group Fitness Instructor

Parker is a well rounded health professional that began his fitness journey with youth athletics. He continued his athletic career into college where he received a bachelors degree in exercise science with a minor in entrepreneurship and played ultimate frisbee in the college national championship on ESPN!


After college Parker jumped right into personal training and teaching group fitness for gyms of LA Fitness, YMCA, and Universities. He returned to college in the mountains of NC to study the effects of cardio equipment that generates renewable energy. He moved to his hometown of Denver in 2019 to pursue his health professional career with the best population in the country.


He will be offering full body FUNctional workouts in a group and one on one settings. He can work with all ages and body types to reach their goals in a sustainable way.

Mallorie

Private Yoga Instructor

Mallorie Henry is a Colorado native who is passionate about sending people on a journey to healing through the power of yoga. Personal one-on-one yoga sessions are very important to her because she gets to really connect with that individual in a deeper way that can benefit them for the long run.
If you're uncomfortable going to a yoga class around other people or just need to hone in on specific body parts that need work, personal training with Mallorie is an amazing option to get more comfortable with the flow of yoga and the connection of your mind, body, and soul. She believes that every person can benefit from yoga and if you've never done it before, you won't know until you try!

Matt

Personal Trainer

"Strength is key for long term health and happiness but our modern version of “strong” is oftentimes flawed; It does not necessarily matter how much weight you can move, how fast you can run, or how good you look without a shirt on.   True health comes from the ability to move freely, powerfully, and without pain. As a corrective exercise specialist, I will make sure that our training is safe, effective, and targeted towards your goals."

Matt's background in training began young at the age of 14 with football, kickboxing, and weightlifting. After high school he joined the Marines and spent 4 years as an artilleryman so heavy weight training and endurance were his specialty.

When he got out at 24 his body was strong but he was in a lot of pain. He went to school at Metro State for Integrative Healthcare and really got into Holistic and Alternative Therapies which is how he found the CHEK Institute, MovNat, and ELDOA.

Sarah

Small Group Training Instructor

As an Evergreen local Sarah finds joy in pursuing a healthy lifestyle. Her passion for health and wellness accelerated to the next level when she decided to transition from student to teacher during her time at LynHolly fitness. Her focus is on strength and muscular endurance training in her Monday and Friday classes. Sarah stays active to keep up with her two girls who love to be busy and constantly push her try new things. In her spare time Sarah likes to ski, hike and bike and snuggle with her two elderly dogs.

Anna

Small Group Training Instructor

Anna is a certified CrossFit coach, specializing in strength training and mobility. 

She strives to help others find personalized, sustainable solutions for lasting health. 

She wants to make health and wellness available to all and help others achieve their fitness goals. 


"Movement is a necessary component of physical and mental wellness, so I like to make my classes fun, yet challenging!"
